Practical construction contract-administration and dispute-prevention resources for professionals responsible for delivering, administering and overseeing projects across different contracts, organisations and jurisdictions.
OUR PURPOSE
Make good contract administration easier to apply
Construction ADR Hub was created to make sound construction contract-administration and dispute-prevention practices clearer, more practical and easier to implement.
Our resources translate good-practice principles into usable guidance, records, registers, checklists and project-control tools. They help construction practitioners understand what should be recorded, who needs to act and what needs to happen next.
CONTRACT FIRST PRINCIPLE
The signed Contract remains the source of the parties’ rights, duties, deadlines and remedies.
Construction ADR Hub resources support contract administration, compliance and evidence.
They do not amend the Contract, create contractual entitlement or replace project-specific professional judgement.

CREATED BY
Mary Mbugua
Mary Mbugua is a civil and structural engineer, project management professional and alternative dispute-resolution practitioner.
Her work combines technical understanding of construction projects with practical experience in project administration, arbitration and mediation. She is a CIArb (Kenya) arbitrator and a professional mediator accredited by the Singapore International Mediation Institute. She also works with the Judiciary in Kenya as a mediator.
Through Construction ADR Hub, Mary translates this combined experience into practical resources for professionals responsible for administering and delivering construction projects.
OUR APPROACH
Technical, practical and contract-led
Resources reflect the information, decisions and records generated during real construction projects.
Resources are designed to be customised and used in day-to-day project administration—not simply read and filed away.
Every resource reinforces the need to check the signed Contract, applicable law and approved project procedures before acting.
FROM PRINCIPLE TO PRACTICE
Put sound contract administration into practice
The Construction Dispute Prevention Toolkit combines practical guidance with editable project controls for managing contract requirements, records, decisions and emerging issues throughout the construction project lifecycle.
Choose the Individual Pack or the Small-Team Pack according to how the resources will be used.
